To qualify for free shipping in Australia the order price must be $150 AFTER discounts have been applied and $250 AFTER discounts have been applied. We will not take responsibility for orders left unattended.

HOW DO I RETURN GOODS?
We have an easy exchange/refunds policy. To obtain an exchange or refund items must be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.

Refunds are offered on full priced items placed online within 14 days of payment, given the tax invoice can be produced. Returned goods should be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. Please ensure you do not affix labels or tape to the product packaging, only the external shipping packaging. Iraja is entitled to refuse the return or deduct from a refund any diminution of value as a result of the product not being in the above condition.

If a garment(s) is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement, repair, gift card or refund will be issued.

Items purchased on sale (permanently marked down items on sale) are not eligible for refunds; unless faulty, wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality.

NOTE:

1. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.

2. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.

3. You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with your order.

For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt and contact Iraja as soon as possible. We will assess the garment and this is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will happily organise a repair, replace or refund at our discretion following the conditions above have been met. Personal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault, and generally manufacturing faults will be apparent within the first couple of wears.
